Research Products for YKL-40 Detection
Quidel offers a wide range of research products for YKL-40 detection including antibodies, purified proteins, and EIA kits. Though the role of YKL-40 in normal tissue is unknown at present, its pattern of expression and observed associations with various disease activities suggest it plays a role in tissue remodeling. Recent research studies have linked YKL-40 levels to disease pathogenesis in cancer, asthma and rheumatoid arthritis. The Metra® YKL-40 EIA makes quantitation of YKL-40 protein in research specimens quick and convenient. In addition to the YKL-40 EIA, Quidel now offers antibodies and purified proteins suitable for a variety of research applications. Click on the link below for additional information.
