Recombinant Glycosaminoglycan (GAG) Lyases
IBEX has developed a recombinant flavobacterium heparinum expression system for the production of high purity glycosaminoglycan lyases: Heparinase I; Heparinase II; Heparinase III; Chondroitinase AC; and Chondroitinase B. All IBEX enzymes are sold in liquid form, formulated in 5% sucrose without preservative agents, or stabilizers such as BSA. They are shipped packaged on dry ice and each shipment is accompanied by a certificate of analysis, which provides information on enzymatic activity, protein concentration, purity based on RP-HPLC analysis.
