I express recombinant proteins with HA tag in mammalian cells and try to monitor condensate formation with osmotic stress. Since there are no good antibodies against my protein of interest, tagging with a small HA tag allows visualization of my protein with the help of immunofluorescence.

The image shows beautiful labeling of the overexpressed protein (in green) and nucleus (stained with DAPI in blue). The antibody is highly specific as the staining is visible only in transfected cells.
