I use this antibody to identify T cells via flow cytometry in mouse lymph nodes. I like it as the separation between positive and negative populations is much more clear than the anti-CD3 antibodies I've tried.

This product helps me identify and gate out T cells via flow cytometry in mouse lymph nodes. I see very good separation which is markedly better than the previous anti-CD3 antibody I was using to distinguish T cells from non-T immune cells.
