I used this SYTO™ 83 orange fluorescent nucleic acid staining solution to stain the cell nucleus of the mouse tissue samples. It is compatible with other dyes for immunofluorescence staining.

I could detect the cell nucleus in the mouse tissue by confocal microscope. It combined with other dyes very well.
