I use Recombinant human IL-2 Improved Sequence (IS) at 500 UI/mL to expand and activate NK cells. It works very well.

NK cell expansion varies by donor.
NK cells expanded with this IL-2 are highly actived, with a good viability and a functional profile. To perform cytotoxic assays, I usually do an overnight incubation without IL-2 so the cells do not massively degranulate in a non specific way.

Good quality IL-2, but quite expensive at the end when taken account the amount required for NK cells expansion.
