Our lab has been using different actin biosensors to label F-actin in live cells. Sometimes it is hard to transfect human cells and it takes long time for the cells to express biosensors, we use this SiR-actin kit to label F-actin in those cells. It is fluorogenic, cell permeable and highly specific for F-actin. The signal is strong.

Results Summary

We use SiR-actin to label actin in live cells. It only took 1-2 hours to label the actin and the results are great. The signal is easy to be detected.
