Our lab uses many strains of transgenic mice to elucidate functions of the immune system. Thus, it is important to distinguish mice that do and do not carry certain transgenes. We regularly use this powerpac for our electrophoresis experiments.

Run the powerpac at a moderate voltage for half an hour after loading a gel with the amplified DNA of interest
