Our lab studies adoptive transfer of TCR gene modified T cells as immunotherapy for melanoma. We are examining mechanisms that alter the tumor microenvironment to induce a more inflammatory signature. We have looked at T cell infiltration into the tumor microenvironment and have identified increased frequency of T regulatory cells in untreated tumors compared to tumors treated with our transduced T cells.

Summary

The Good

Distinct populations were visible

The Bad

The permeabilization steps are more time consuming, but clearly necessary for nuclear permeabilization

The Bottom Line

This is a good product to detect mouse T regulatory cells.
