Mice sera injected with DNA were assessed for the production of IL-10 at the end of 10 days of experiment. 100ul of 1:2 diluted serum samples were used.

For coating, PBS was used instead of carb/bicarb buffer. 100ul of 1:2 diluted serum samples were used. Incubations were done as indicated in manufacturer's protocol.
PBS should be used and not carb/bicarb buffer for coating.
Kit detected picograms of IL-10 and was specific.

Good kit but care has to be taken not to use carb/bicarb buffer as manufacturer's site lists using this buffer on one link and using PBS on the other. Only works well with PBS.
