The ÄKTA ready™ 450 system is a small-scale, single-use liquid chromatography solution offering the performance and documentation required for a GMP-regulated environment.
With a low flow range of 5 to 450 mL/min per pump and a low hold-up volume, the system is designed to purify small drug volumes. Its single-use flow path also minimizes the need for cleaning and cleaning validation, allowing for quick changeover between production and a reduced risk of carryover.
